Dr. Natalie M. Whitlow

Dr. Whitlow's professional motto is "Mental health is an everyday, everybody experience and it should be a part of our everyday conversation." From this motto came her realization that everyone, at every moment in time, is being touched by mental health issues, whether good or bad. She further realized that everyone in the world needs mental health support, whether restorative, healing, preventative, celebratory and encouraging, or educational.
The world is our village and Dr. Whitlow has a mission to care for the entire village, meeting each one of its unique mental health needs, wherever that need should fall on the spectrum of mental health, through the services that Our Village provides. Steadily, each person in the village will learn themselves more, fight against mental health stigma, and attain what mental, emotional, and psychological health looks like for them, making the village...the world...a better place!

Dr. Whitlow grew up in Hampton, VA. She attended the esteemed HBCU Clark Atlanta University, from where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Her Master's of Arts & Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Counseling Psychology were earned from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
