Our Village listens to your concerns and needs to create individualized programs, single workshops, or workshop series to meet the needs of the audience.  Our workshops educate, promote insight, motivate, and create real change in individuals, families, communities, and organizations.

 

Mental Heath encompasses every aspect of the human experience so Our Village is able to bring our unique and cutting edge perspective and transformational approach to facilitate programs on any topic that relates to the human experience!  We will create around a topic of your choosing or we will help you to identify just the topic that will meet your needs.  Sample Topics Include:

Dr. Whitlow, herself, has almost 20 years of experience providing Continuing Education Trainings to a number of health and helping professions, such as Psychology, Social Work, and Nursing, training the top echelon level of professional through the new career professional, as well as Professional Mental Health Trainings to a wide variety of professional, such as Teachers and Education Administrators, Pastors, Physicians, Attorneys, and various levels of managers.  With her training history, Dr. Whitlow has a proven track record of training effectiveness and success and recruits professionals with comparable experience.

Program Development
 

Program Development is the process of identifying needs, planning and developing programs/intervention to meet identified needs, implementing the programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs

Our Village can:

  1. Assess a situation and Identify Mental Health needs

  2. Develop relevant programming, such as workshops and training curriculum, to meet the identified needs reached from the assessment

  3. Implement the programming by serving as facilitator, educator, or trainer

  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the programming

Our Village provides the following therapy services:

  • Individual Counseling

  • Couple's Counseling

  • Family Counseling

  • Group Counseling

  • Court Mandated: Anger Management, Co-parenting, Drug Counseling, etc.
